All members are hereby invited to the annual meeting of Butterfly Friends.
Time: Monday, April 29, 6:00–9:00 p.m.
Location: The Volunteer Center in Vikersund
Agenda items:
- Approval of the notice of meeting and agenda.
- Election and approval of the chairperson, secretary, and two (2) members to sign the minutes.
- 2018 Annual Report.
- 2018 Financial Statements.
- Consideration of submitted proposals.
- Sponsorship amount.
- 2019 budget.
- Elections.
Proposals to be considered at the annual meeting must be received by the board no later than Friday, April 5.
