Annual Meeting on Sunday, September 13, 2020

The annual meeting will be held at Folkvang, Tangenveien 2, 3360 Geithus, on Sunday, September 13, 2020, at 3:00 p.m.
Proposals to be considered at the annual meeting must be submitted to the board no later than two weeks before the annual meeting; that is, the board must have received the proposal by August 30, 2020. The agenda will be available on our website no later than ten days before the meeting (September 3, 2020).
Due to infection control measures (COVID-19), we need to know who will be attending the annual meeting.
