Notice of the Annual Meeting

We would like to remind you of the Butterfly Friends annual meeting on Wednesday, April 29, and hope that many of you will be able to attend.
The meeting will be held at the Folkvang Community Center, 3360 Geithus, on the lower level, at 6:00 p.m.

1. Organization
: Approval of the notice of meeting and agenda. Election of a chairperson, secretary(ies), two people to sign the minutes, and a counting committee

2. The Board’s Annual Report

3. The association’s audited financial statements

4. Work plan and budget for the coming year

5. Election of the board chair, vice chair, board members, nomination committee, and auditor
