We would like to remind you about the Butterfly Friends annual meeting on April 10, and we hope many of you will be able to attend. The meeting will be held at the Folkvang Community Center, 3360 Geithus, at 6:00 p.m.

   Matters: Approval of the notice of meeting and agenda. Election of a chairperson, secretary(ies), two people to sign the minutes, and a counting committee

2. Board’s Annual Report

3. The association’s audited financial statements

4. Proposals received:
   New bylaws for the organization and management of Butterfly Friends

5. Work plan and budget for the coming year

6. Election of the board chair, vice chair, board members, nomination committee, and auditor
