Sales of pallets provide support for The Gambia

Just think—used pallets can raise so much money
for Butterfly Friends.

There are lots of used pallets sitting outside stores and businesses. Some people sell them themselves, while others just leave them there. Luckily, there are some who give them to us. We have a kind young man named Thore Emil Eik who drives around collecting the pallets. Then the company Pallemann buys them from us, and that adds up to a few thousand a year. This raises money for schools in The Gambia, and at the same time, we’re helping to reuse resources.

If anyone knows someone in the Arendal area who might be willing to donate pallets to us, please let Thore Emil know.
